Proactive Organisation event highlights
Braving a torrential downpour of rain last Wednesday, close to 240 digital economy stakeholders attended both The Proactive Organisation event physically and virtually. They heard from Minister Enoch and Professor Kowalkiewicz outline a vision for government delivering services proactively for its citizens, a vision being driven by the One Stop Shop Strategy and Implementation Office.
Professor Kowalkiewicz explained the transformation was possible because of the fourth industrial revolution – the digital economy. “The digital economy is creating a lot of opportunities and one of those is the chance for government and organisations to be proactive,” he said.
The idea was well received by all, with many excited by the release of the Proactive Service Canvas, a creative commons artefact available for all with a desire to reimagine their organisation as a proactive one.
Attendees: we’d love to hear what you thought of the event if you can spare 2 minutes (5 questions only).
