Exploring the opportunities for the business sector to help government deliver simple and intuitive digital services

Since the launch of the Government’s digital transformation agenda, the public sector has found new ways to impact the lives of citizens, applying new approaches to overcoming old legacy structures and modes of thinking; and embracing new technologies and ideas.

The potential of innovation in government is immense; however, the challenges governments face are significant and’s Open Opportunity forums aim to showcase each State’s initiatives to overcoming these challenges, and exploring the vast opportunities for the SME tech community to collaborate.

Dr Ivano Bongiovanni, Researcher at QUT’s PwC Chair in Digital Economy, will be presenting on collaboration opportunities between universities and government.
